We have some perfectly creepy new prints from the Ghastlie series by Alexander Henry! Just in time for Halloween!

Ghastlies

We have a creepy cool new group of Alexander Henry's Ghastlies, including a cut-and-sew doll project! Treadlette Nina whipped these up for us to enjoy.

The dolls are big, plush, and full of sinister glamour! I am loving these two crabbyface ladies.

 I don't think I'll offer to babysit. . .

Chicken in the Kitchen

We have an adorable new project panel from Alexander Henry: Chicken in the Kitchen!

This cut-and-sew pattern includes all the pieces you need plus step by step directions to make your own sweet little chicken! Just add fiberfill.

The pattern suggests putting a rock in the base to use as a doorstop. You could also modify the directions to make a tea cozy, or simply use as a decoration or soft toy.

Don't you think you need one? I do.

Alexander Henry village print

We have several new fabrics in the store from Alexander Henry, and one of my favorites is this charming village scene, called Everyday Eden.

Packed with detail, this print paints a scene of people enjoying an idyllic summer day among the flowers, houses, animals, and trees. The scale is large enough for a wall hanging or quilt back but not too big for a whimsical skirt or a little girl's dress.

Skull Prints

We have some beautiful yet quirky new prints in from Alexander Henry's Folklorico collection, inspired by traditional Mexican folk art.

The skulls are definitely the defining feature, but there's a lot more in these prints.  The flowers and foliage, the dots and splashes of color all add a dazzling brightness and energy.  The level of detail on the clothing and scenes in the figures below has to be seen in real life to be really appreciated.
