Washable Wool Jersey

We have several colors of this exceptionally soft wool jersey. Merino with just a little nylon makes this fine-gauge knit comfortable and durable. We tested a large swatch in a cold water machine wash and low tumble dry. Minimal shrinkage, no change in the luscious texture!

This fabric's softness, warmth, and washability make it ideal for warm winter baselayers. But it's also lovely enough for outer garments! A simple tee or a top with some stylish draping would be warm and flattering.

We have many more colors in our store! Come take a look, and feel this wool's next-to-the-skin softness for yourself!

Downton Abbey Prints

Take a peek at this fabulous new group of cotton prints inspired by the hit historical drama TV series Downton Abbey!

The floral prints are muted and subtle, prefect for dresses or quilting!

But the real standout is this panel print, covered with witty quotes from Maggie Smith's character, the Dowager Countess.

This panel could make a wonderful conversational quilt or throw. You could also cut the individual squares apart for pillows, or make cocktail napkins for that Downton-themed party you've been wanting to host!

Historic Cotton Prints from Moda

We have a new group of historic reproduction cotton prints from Moda's French General line. These sweet, small-scale prints evoke the cotton calico popular in the mid-19th century, used for everything from dresses and shirts to curtains and quilts.

They would be beautiful in a quilt or dress, or make your own historic reproduction garments! (We have classes for that!)

Stop by and see all our great cotton prints!
