We've been lucky to have a great selection of Pendleton wools this season at Treadle.  A few days ago, we got a shipment of even more beautiful fabrics from this distinctive manufacturer.

From the bright, striking patterns and plaids of their signature pieces to smooth, dress-weight wool sateen solids, there is a Pendleton wool for every garment.  Come in and see!

Pendleton Wool

Pendleton has been producing wool in the U.S. for well over 100 years. But in recent years they have not been making yardage available for retail fabric stores. This year that changed and we now have Pendleton wool fabric and coordinating wool blanket binding in stock and they are gorgeous!

Rich solids, plaids, and intricate, multicolored designs are the Pendleton style.  Most of the pieces we have are a heavier weight suitable for jackets, coats, and bags.

Pendleton wool is made in the USA.  Several pieces carry Pendleton's “Eco-Wise” label, which indicates the fabric has been Cradle to Cradle Certified to reduce environmental impact. Visit www.c2ccertified.org for information about this certification.
