Colette

I wrote about a month ago about Colette, the new line of patterns that we just started carrying. Since that time I managed to finish a model of one of their patterns - Eclair.
I used Kona Crush in Aqua and Anna Maria Horner's Diamond Mine in Pomegranate.
It was a fantastic pattern!
First of all the layout was very user-friendly.
It comes as a book with a folder pocket in the back for the pattern pieces.
The directions were well-explained for a beginner sewist and also had some great tips for a more experienced seamstress.

One more wonderful feature of these patterns is that they are written for modern clothing sizes.

Everyone knows that you don't choose the size you wear when you pick out a sewing pattern. Colette Patterns are now an exception to that rule.
Not only are the sizes true to the sizes you would by off the rack, but they range from size 0 to size 18, thus making Colette patterns accessible to all.
My only remaining problem is to decide which pattern from their catalog to make next.
Keep those pictures of your projects coming, we would love to see what you are making too!
