Even though there's only one more day of Hanukkah and one week until Christmas, you still have time to whip up a last-minute gift!
This cardigan was found at Target, then Jennifer swapped out the buttons for some fun sparkly ones and added a trim at the collar.
We have this trim in lots of colors, and the possibilities are endless.Jennifer hand sewed the trim to the sweater, and she has machine washed and dried this cute sweater with great results.
Or, whip up a fun scarf. These projects take about an hour each, and they're the height of fashion and fun!
We also have just received about 6 colorways of the new Della Fleece by Valori Wells.
There are many easy gifts to be made from this fun and soft fabric.
This is destined to be a baby blanket for a dear friend, and though she's worth a lot of time and effort, this blanket will be perfect with no sewing at all.
I don't know about you out there, but I always feel a little pang of guilt when I cut into some cute creature when I am sewing.
For this project I decided to utilize the non-fraying quality of the fleece to cut around these darling little owls.
This blanket took about 10 minutes, the fabric does all the work, frankly, and it's cozy and cute as can be!
Good luck with your projects!
The Treadlettes.
